Purchasing software shouldn't suck

When I worked at fast growing startups, there was always an opportunity to improve outcomes for the company.

Sometimes we did it with people and processes, but there were also times when we needed to add software to the tech stack to get that lift.

With a team of 100+ end users, it was a big decision to even start an evaluation process because everyone knew what was ahead if we chose to acknowledge that a software purchase was on the horizon:

Problem identification
Stakeholder interviews
Form a buying committee
Evaluation
Contract negotiation
Implementation plans
Change management communication
Feedback loops for continual improvement

This work took hundreds of hours across the team. All while we were responsible for hitting OKRs and running the business.

And if we did all of that right, we realized value from the software.

If we skipped any of those steps, there was risk that the tool wouldn't deliver the value we needed… and that was a big problem.

We built this company because we didn't think that buying teams needed to sacrifice their day jobs to evaluate and implement software.

With the help of sales leaders that understand how difficult it is to derive value from software, we're changing the way that buying teams prepare for and implement complex software purchases so that value is realized sooner.

Let's create confident buyers by giving them the materials they need.
